Am I Eligible for ERC?
The Employee Retention Credit is a fully refundable tax credit for employers equal to a percentage of qualified wages. This Employee Retention Credit applies to qualified wages paid after March 12, 2020, and before October 1, 2021. Complete the ERC form for assistance with obtaining these credits.
What documents do I need to provide for ERC?
We will need your profit & loss by quarter for January 1, 2019 through September 30, 2021 as well as total payroll and health benefits for each of these quarters. You will also need to provide your original 941’s as filed with the IRS. Complete the ERC form for assistance with obtaining these credits.
Can I get ERC if I already received PPP?
Yes, you can get ERC for payroll paid that was not part of your PPP funds that you have or will request forgiveness for. Complete the ERC form for assistance with obtaining these credits.
What is considered a shutdown for ERC purposes?
The operation of a trade or business is partially suspended if an appropriate governmental authority imposes restrictions on the employer’s operations by limiting commerce, travel, or group meetings (for commercial, social, religious, or other purposes) due to COVID-19 such that the employer can still continue some, but not all of its typical operations.
What are the requirements to get ERC?
In order to be eligible for ERC, you must have been subject to a full or partial shutdown due to COVID or have a reduction in revenue that meets the IRS requirements. Complete the ERC form for assistance with obtaining these credits.
How can I get my PPP loan forgiven?
